COVID Policy
- FACE By Jackie Berry is fully insured, holds a TDC License and COVID-19 compliant.
- My treatment room is ventilated and sanitised between appointments.
- Where possible, disposable items are used.
- I am happy to wear a mask during your treatment.
- I ask that you call me before your appointment if you experience any signs of illness.
- I ask that you contact me if you show any signs of Covid within a week after your visit to FACE By Jackie Berry.
Cancellation Policy
Please be mindful of the financial impact on my business when wishing to cancel an appointment.
Please schedule your appointment date/s into your diary.
Life can throw the unexpected at us, should you wish to cancel or change your appointment, wherever possible please try to notify me 72hrs in advance of your appointment.
Reminder emails will be sent 4 & 2 days before your appointment, no shows and cancellations with less than 48hrs notice will lose deposits paid or may need to pay an additional fee to cover loss of clinic time.
Should you wish to cancel with less than 48hrs notice I will ask for full payment for the treatment being cancelled as at such a late stage I will be unable to fill the time reserved for you. Payment to be taken before any future bookings are made.
In the case of a late cancellation during a course of treatment you may add on - at an additional cost to yourself - an extra appointment to complete the course.
